Who we are

Youth Entrepreneur Startup is the DBA of Youth Entrepreneurs Summit, a 501(c)(3) public charity registered in Nevada. EIN 33-1674460.

What we collect

Apart from the website analytics described below, we only collect information you type into a form on this site. We do not buy or receive personal information from third parties.

Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.

Sponsorship form: your name, email address, company, the partnership tier you are interested in, and your message.

Newsletter signup: your email address.

How we use it

To reply to you. Contact and sponsorship submissions are emailed to our staff and are not used for anything else.

To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it. A few times a year, and never sold or shared.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.

Service providers

Resend delivers our email and stores our newsletter list.

Givebutter processes donations. When you give through the form on our donate page, your payment details go directly to Givebutter and their processor. We never see or store your card number.

Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your information.

Donations

Donation records, including your name, contact details, and gift history, are held by Givebutter and by us for receipting, acknowledgment, and the record-keeping a 501(c)(3) is required to maintain.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics to see how this site is doing: which pages people read, how they got here, and roughly what part of the world they are in. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to work this out, and the information it gathers is processed by Google on our behalf.

We use it to make the site better, nothing else. We have not turned on Google's advertising or remarketing features, we do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell or share what it tells us.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site that uses it by installing Google's opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. This site works the same either way.

The embedded Givebutter donation form may also set cookies necessary to process a gift.

Young people

Our programs serve teenagers aged 13 to 18, but this website is written for parents, donors, and partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.

Program registration and any collection of student information happens separately, with parental consent, and is not covered by this policy.

Your choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

To see what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email admin@yeshq.org and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
